The ASEAN centre of Active Ageing and Innovation (ACAI) is a regional platform dedicated to building resilient ageing societies by promoting innovation,inclusive economies, and cross-country collaboration. Through this initiative, ageing is repositioned not as a limitation--but as a national asset.
Ganesa Research & Consulting (GRC) has been selected and awarded a prestigious research grant by the ACAI to lead a groundbreaking research and intervention project on age-inclusive employment in Indonesia.
As the lead institution, GRC is responsible for designing and implementation a comprehensive research framework, developing actionable policy recommendations, and piloting innovative training programs that bridge the gap between senior workers and the demands of today's digital economy.

Our Mision
As a grant recipient, GRC leads this initiative to drive evidence- based research anda real-world action for age-inclusive work place in Indonesia. Through this project, we will deliver :
- Conduct national research involving 300 senior workers & business owners across Indonesia
- Co-create digital training programs tilored for workers aged 55+
- Develop and implement pilot training & mentoring programs in selected cities
- build a comprehensive toolkit for age-inclusive workplace practices
- Produce policy briefs & strategic recommendations for Indonesia and the broader ASEAN region
