Our Mision
As a grant recipient, GRC leads this initiative to drive evidence- based research anda real-world action for age-inclusive work place in Indonesia. Through this project, we will deliver :
- Conduct national research involving 300 senior workers & business owners across Indonesia
- Co-create digital training programs tilored for workers aged 55+
- Develop and implement pilot training & mentoring programs in selected cities
- build a comprehensive toolkit for age-inclusive workplace practices
- Produce policy briefs & strategic recommendations for Indonesia and the broader ASEAN region
